Pad Thai

First time trying Pad Thai restaurant. We moved to Ohio from Southern California 5 months ago, where there are quite a few excellent Thai restaurants, and a large Thai community. The food, service and atmosphere at Pad Thai can hold its own compared to Los Angeles area restaurants. I ordered a dish that had rolled tofu as the protein, a tofu variation I’ve never had before. It was excellent! The thin rolled tofu easily absorbed the yummy brown wine sauce for maximum flavor. Vegetables were fresh and the dish wasn’t greasy. They also offer healthy brown rice if you prefer. We will definitely return to Pad Thai.

A former great restaurant living on its past name. Pad Thai decades ago was a leader in the Thai food concept. It was so cool to eat here. Now from the parking lot, to the Thai house style building, to the inside restaurant has seen better days. They now mush mash Chinese, Thai and Japanese food as menu options and the result is nothing is done well. I found the lunch prices quite expensive at $18. Portions were large which was good. I suspect that the original Thai owner sold the location and it’s now run by non Thai Asians. I won’t eat here again. Overpriced. Overrated. And living on a legacy that is no longer in place.

I had to change my review over time eating here. The food is still good, the portions are generous, however they charge more than what the menu says now and we got a 20% up charge on our bill because we had a party of 7, they called it a large party gratitude tip. Mixed drinks weren’t very and one of our sushi’s had bone in it.

Pad Thai is a hidden gem in Northeast Ohio. I have been going here for years and their quality has always been outstanding. I do not order much else other than their signature dish, but let me tell you the flavor and portions I believe are unmatched by other Thai restaurants in the area. Thank you for providing a dependable, consistent restaurant to Hudson over the years!

I ordered my food through phone and lady picked up and she had some hard time to take my order and then I ordered like 40 minutes before I go there. When I get there, there was line for pickup because that same old lady was doing busser and server. They had only 1 server which was lady and then she went to sushi bar to cut rolls. I told her to stop and hand my food. They forgot to put spoon, chopsticks and napkin. God Bless Your Restaurant

Placed a nearly $50 order via their Toast integration and paid online for curbside pickup. Our order (#63) was promised to be ready no later than 6:33PM... I arrived at 6:30PM and parked at their "curbside pickup" sign. At 6:36PM I called their phone number and was immediately put on hold. After waiting 3 more minutes and went inside to find a line NEARLY TEN CUSTOMERS deep and the owner was talking a phone order!😡 After waiting ANOTHER several minutes I had to ask if I could take my order that had been sitting at their front desk the whole time. Was told NO because the owner would yell at staff. Owner finally came back with other customers food... and I asked for my order by number. FINALLY got to head back home at 6:48PM with the cold food. 😡 Once I got home, I found that my fresh Basil roll ($7.00) was nowhere to be found. So I called the restaurant again... and when the owner said, "please hold", I said NO. I've requested a refund for my missing food... based on tonight's experience, I don't have much faith they'll follow through and make things right. Dad thing is, the food we did get would have been pretty good IF it had been hot... but that's what happens when a restaurant owner prioritizes MORE over taking care of the customers in front of them. If you value your time and good service... I cannot recommend Pad Thai.😡
